Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons mesquite liquid smoke
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Whisk until smooth.
- Transfer the sauce to a saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium-low heat. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let cool. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
