Ingredients

  • 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic, parsley, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the cheese mixture into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour.
  3. Spread the chopped nuts on a plate. Unwrap the cheese ball and roll it in the chopped nuts, pressing gently to make sure they stick.
  4. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
