Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh tarragon, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the spinach, tarragon, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Toss to combine.
- Serve immediately.
