Ingredients

  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and vegetable oil.
  2. Add the chicken thighs and coat with the marinade. Cover and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat the oven to broil. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Place the chicken thighs on the prepared baking sheet. Discard any remaining marinade.
  5. Broil the chicken for 15 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
