Ingredients
1 large butternut squash
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut the butternut squash into strips. Make sure the strips are all about the same size so they cook evenly.
Place the strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, sea salt and black pepper and pour over the squash strips.
Toss the strips until they are evenly coated with the oil and seasoning.
Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping the strips once halfway through.
Remove from the oven and serve warm.
