Ingredients
- 2 plantains, peeled and mashed
- 1 cup of roasted and salted peanuts, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, mash the plantains until they are smooth.
- Add the peanuts, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg, and mix until all of the ingredients are combined.
- Add the vegetable oil, and mix until it is incorporated into the mixture.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
