Ingredients
- 1 lb. linguine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 (6-ounce) can crab meat, drained and flaked
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the white wine and bring to a simmer.
- Add the crab meat and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked linguine, parsley, and salt and pepper to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Serve warm.
