Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 pint of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup of brandy (optional)

Directions

  1. Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Set the whites aside.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream, milk, nutmeg, and cinnamon.

  8. Serve with a sprinkle of nutmeg and a splash of brandy, if desired.
