  • 1 lb. pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and transfer it to a greased baking sheet.

  4. Spread the sausage mixture over the pizza dough, leaving a 1/2 inch border. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the top.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, and black pepper. Brush the mixture over the top of the pizza.
