Ingredients
- 2 cans of salmon, drained
- 2 tablespoons of grated ginger
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup of panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 1/4 cup of diced green onions
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Vegetable or canola oil, for frying
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the salmon, ginger, garlic, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, and eggs.
- Mix until combined.
- Form the mixture into 8 patties.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a few tablespoons of oil.
- Fry the patties, in batches, for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the pan and let drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
