Ingredients

  • 2 cans of salmon, drained
  • 2 tablespoons of grated ginger
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup of panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup of diced green onions
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Vegetable or canola oil, for frying

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the salmon, ginger, garlic, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, and eggs.
  2. Mix until combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 8 patties.
  4. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a few tablespoons of oil.
  5. Fry the patties, in batches, for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the pan and let drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
