- 2 cups gluten-free flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter, milk, cheese, garlic, thyme, rosemary, and parsley. Mix until well combined.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1/2 inch (1 cm) thickness. Cut out scones using a biscuit cutter or a knife.
- Place the scones on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
