Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the persimmon puree, date puree, baking soda, cinnamon, and sea salt.
- Add the coconut oil, vanilla extract, almond flour, and oats and mix until combined.
- Using a spoon, drop the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
