Ingredients
- Pan juices from your favorite roast
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Pour the pan juices from your roast into the Instant Pot.
- Add the flour, water, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard to the pot and stir until combined.
- Secure the lid on the Instant Pot and set the valve to sealing.
- Cook on Manual High Pressure for 5 minutes.
- Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release the remaining pressure.
- Carefully remove the lid and stir the gravy. If it is too thick, add a bit more water and stir to combine.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper if desired.
- Serve over your favorite roast.
