1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup flour

1 cup chopped pecans

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, white sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla. Beat in the eggs.
In a separate bowl, stir together the flour, salt, and baking powder. Add to the egg mixture, and mix until just blended.
Stir in the chopped pecans and chocolate chips.
Pour into the unbaked pie crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the top is set and the crust is golden brown.
Allow to cool before serving.
