Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Mix together until everything is evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9-inch pie pan. Spread the mixture evenly on the bottom of the pan and up the sides.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly on top of the meat mixture.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top of the pizza sauce.
- Arrange the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
