Ingredients

  • 1 head Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/3 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, feta, olives, cucumber, and red onion.
  2. In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Serve the salad immediately.
