Ingredients
- 2 zucchinis, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Slice the zucchini into 1/4" thick slices.
- Toss the zucchini slices with the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Lay the zucchini slices on the preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes, flipping halfway through.
