1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
Directions
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook until just pink, about 3 minutes. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 30 seconds.
Add the tomatoes, wine, and sugar and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the tomatoes are just beginning to soften.
Add the cooked pasta and toss to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the pasta is heated through.
Remove from the heat and stir in the parsley. Serve immediately.
