Ingredients
- 1 unbaked 9-inch graham cracker crust
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, washed, hulled and cut into small pieces
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add sour cream and mix until combined.
- Spread cream cheese mixture into the bottom of the crust.
- Place the cut strawberries on top of the cream cheese layer.
- In a small bowl, mix together the strawberry jam and 1/4 cup of water until smooth.
- Pour the strawberry jam mixture over the top of the strawberries.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Allow the pie to cool before serving.
