Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews, soaked for at least 4 hours or overnight
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Directions

  1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
  2. Add the cashews, water, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, and garlic powder (if using) to a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust seasonings if desired.
  4. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
