Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashews, soaked for at least 4 hours or overnight
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Directions
- Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
- Add the cashews, water, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, and garlic powder (if using) to a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasonings if desired.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
