  • 1 1/2 lbs beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
