Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press onto the bottom and sides of an 8 inch springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Mix in sour cream until blended. Pour over crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Turn oven off, and let cake cool in oven with the door closed for 1 hour. Chill in refrigerator before serving.
