Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press onto the bottom and sides of an 8 inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Mix in sour cream until blended. Pour over crust.
- Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Turn oven off, and let cake cool in oven with the door closed for 1 hour. Chill in refrigerator before serving.
