Ingredients
- 4 ounces of dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup of heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of instant coffee powder
- 1 tablespoon of butter, softened
- 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
Directions
- Melt the chopped dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a double-boiler.
- Add the cream, instant coffee powder, and butter to the melted chocolate and mix until combined.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
- Once the mixture is firm, scoop out 1-tablespoon portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
- Roll the truffles in the cocoa powder until completely coated.
- Refrigerate the truffles until ready to serve.
