Ingredients
3 ears of corn, shucked and cooked
1 avocado, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Directions
Cut the corn off the cob and place in a medium bowl.
Add the diced avocado, red onion, cilantro, orange and lime juice to the bowl and mix together.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
