Ingredients
- 3 ears of corn, shucked and cooked
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup orange, diced
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1 tsp. sugar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Cut the corn off the cob and place in a medium bowl.
- Add the diced avocado, red onion, cilantro, orange and lime juice to the bowl and mix together.
- Add the sugar, salt and pepper and mix together.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
