Ingredients
- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
Directions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each piece of bread.
- Put one slice of bread, butter side down, into the skillet.
- Place cheese slices on top of the bread.
- Top with the other slice of bread, butter side up.
- Cook for 3 minutes until the bottom slice of bread is golden brown.
- Gently flip the sandwich and cook for an additional 3 minutes until the other side is golden brown.
- Remove from the skillet and serve.
