Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup milk

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the oats, nuts, dried fruit, coconut, wheat germ, honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
  4. Transfer the muesli to a bowl and stir in the milk.
  5. Serve warm or cold.
