2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup water

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder. Stir until well blended.
In a separate bowl, mix together oil and water. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough until it's about 1/8-inch (3 mm) thick.
Use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to cut the dough into cracker shapes.

Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
