Ingredients

  • 1/2 head of cabbage, chopped
  • 3 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 pound kielbasa, sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and stir to combine.
  5. Add cabbage and potatoes and stir to combine.
  6. Pour the mixture into a 9x13 baking dish.
  7. Add kielbasa, and stir to combine.
  8. Cover and bake for 20 minutes.
  9. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
