Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup almond milk (or any other milk of your choice)
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, almond milk, melted butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract until combined.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grease with butter.
Pour about 1/4 cup of the crepe batter into the pan and swirl to evenly coat the bottom of the pan.
Cook for about 1 minute, until the bottom of the crepe is golden brown. Flip and cook for an additional minute on the other side.
Repeat with the remaining batter, greasing the pan as necessary.
Serve the crepes with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
