Ingredients

  • 24 clams, shucked and cleaned
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, garlic, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
  3. Place clams in a shallow baking dish and top each clam with the butter mixture.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until clams are cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
