Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1 zucchini, chopped
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

Directions
In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, and cumin.
Form the mixture into small meatballs.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the meatballs to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, or until browned on all sides.
Add the onion and cook for 2 minutes, or until softened.
Stir in the tomatoes, zucchini, and feta cheese.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
Stir in the couscous and remove from heat.
Cover and let stand for 5 minutes, or until all of the water has been absorbed.
Serve the meatballs over the couscous.
