Ingredients

  • 1 cup of pineapple juice
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ cup of frozen mango chunks
  • 2 tablespoons of orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon of ground cardamom
  • 1 cup of ice

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine pineapple juice, banana, mango, orange zest, vanilla extract, ginger, and cardamom.
  2. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
  3. Add the ice and blend until the ice is completely crushed.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
