Ingredients

  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1/4 cup of warm water

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, olive oil, and sugar.
  2. Add the warm water and mix the ingredients together until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
  4. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Divide the dough into 6-8 equal pieces and roll each piece into a thin circle.
  6. Place the circles on a greased baking sheet and top with your desired ingredients.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 8-10 minutes, or until the shells are golden brown.
