Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1 onion, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and celery and cook for 5 minutes, or until softened.
Add the flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme, oregano, and parsley and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Stir in the chicken broth and half-and-half. Simmer for 5 minutes, or until thickened.
Remove from the heat and stir in the turkey, vegetables, corn, and peas.
Transfer the mixture to a 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle the cheese over the top.
Unroll the pie crust and place over the top of the filling. Trim the excess dough and press the edges to seal.
Brush the top of the crust with the beaten egg.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
