Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine almond meal, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together almond butter, honey, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Fold in frozen cherries and cinnamon.
