Ingredients
1 leg of lamb
1 cup of ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 clove of garlic, minced

Directions

Place the lamb in a roasting pan or baking dish and roast for 1 hour.
In a small saucepan, heat the red wine, balsamic vinegar, honey, and fig jam. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the fresh basil.
Drizzle the sauce over the cooked leg of lamb and serve.
