Ingredients

  • 4 cups corn, fresh or thawed frozen
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cracker crumbs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine corn, butter, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the top with cheese and cracker crumbs.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
