Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • 1 cup quick pourable pizza crust mix
  • 1/2 cup warm water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine chicken, garlic, olive oil, oregano, basil, black pepper, and salt. Mix until chicken is evenly coated.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together pizza crust mix and warm water until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Transfer dough to a greased pizza pan.
  6. Spread tomato sauce over the dough.
  7. Spread chicken mixture over the sauce.
  8. Sprinkle cheeses over the chicken.
  9. Sprinkle spinach over the cheese.
  10. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
