Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh spinach
- 1 cup quick pourable pizza crust mix
- 1/2 cup warm water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a medium bowl, combine chicken, garlic, olive oil, oregano, basil, black pepper, and salt. Mix until chicken is evenly coated.
- In a separate bowl, mix together pizza crust mix and warm water until a dough forms.
- Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Transfer dough to a greased pizza pan.
- Spread tomato sauce over the dough.
- Spread chicken mixture over the sauce.
- Sprinkle cheeses over the chicken.
- Sprinkle spinach over the cheese.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
