Ingredients
- 1 lb. steak tips
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
- In a large bowl or resealable plastic bag, combine the olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, red wine vinegar, sugar, black pepper, and salt.
- Add the steak tips to the marinade and mix until the steak tips are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- When ready to cook, remove the steak tips from the marinade and pat dry with paper towels.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the steak tips. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Serve the steak tips with fresh parsley and enjoy!
