Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced vegetables (optional)
  • 6 mason jars

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Crack all the eggs into a large bowl. Whisk together with milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spray the inside of each mason jar with cooking spray.
  4. Divide the cheese and any desired vegetables among the six mason jars.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into each mason jar, filling the jar about three-quarters full.
  6. Place jars on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the eggs are set.
  7. Remove the jars from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
