Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup enchilada sauce
  • 1/4 cup diced green chiles
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced yellow onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 (8-ounce) can refrigerated crescent rolls

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine enchilada sauce, green chiles, cheese, red bell peppers, yellow onion, black olives, jalapenos, garlic powder, cumin, and cayenne pepper; mix well.
  3. Unroll crescent rolls and arrange in a large greased round cake pan, pressing seams together to form a crust.
  4. Pour mixture into the crust and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
  6. Let cool before slicing and serving.
