Ingredients

  • 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup of corn, cooked
  • 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup of red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup of bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup of tortilla chips, crushed
  • 1/4 cup of ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon of hot sauce

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, black beans, corn, tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, and cheese.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the ranch dressing and hot sauce.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix until everything is coated.
  4. Sprinkle the crushed tortilla chips over the top and serve.
