Ingredients
- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F. (200 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine asparagus, olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Toss to evenly coat asparagus.
- Transfer asparagus to air fryer basket. Make sure not to overcrowd.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking basket halfway through, until asparagus is crisp-tender.
- Serve asparagus with lemon wedges, if desired.
