Ingredients

  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, cucumbers, and avocados.
  2. Add the feta cheese, black olives, and fresh parsley.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix together.
  5. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
