Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add the Old Bay seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, bay leaf, salt, pepper, and thyme. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the heavy cream and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the crab meat and cook for 5 minutes.
Remove the bay leaf and serve.
