In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, bread crumbs, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, oregano, and cayenne pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Divide the mixture into four equal parts, and shape into patties.
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the patties and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping once, until the burgers are cooked through.
