Ingredients

  • 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken strips to the bowl and mix to coat with the marinade.
  3. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  4. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Serve the chicken with warm tortillas, your favorite toppings, and a side of Mexican rice.
