Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1/2 bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
