Ingredients

  • 4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and flax seeds.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the honey, brown sugar, coconut oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and salt. Pour over the oat mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Spread the granola onto a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
