Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, lemon juice, lemon zest, and salt until combined.
  2. Add sweetened condensed milk and mix until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  4. Press the graham cracker crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture on top of the graham cracker crumb layer.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  7. Serve chilled.
